“Francis & Bob” (1992) is an independent animated stop-motion short film directed by animator/director Bill Jarcho and produced by Olive Jar Animation. Michael Manning worked closely with Jarcho, assisting him in translating his vision to the screen. Michael worked extensively on the film’s production including 2D Animation & Coloring, Set Design, Character Design, Storyboards, Set & Prop Fabrication and Opening & Closing Credits Design.
